We currently serve Abuja and north central Nigeria.

1. Who we are

MIMS Car Parts & Accessories ("MIMS", "we", "us") sources car parts from licensed dealers and delivers them to customers. By sending a request on this website or on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

2. What we supply

We currently source parts for Toyota, Honda, Skoda, Porsche, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Nissan and Audi vehicles. Requests for other makes may be declined or quoted case by case. MIMS is an independent sourcing service. We are not owned by, or affiliated with, any car manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify the vehicles a part fits.

3. Requests, quotes and orders

• A request is not an order. An order exists only when you accept our written quote and pay.
• We aim to send a quote within 35 minutes of your request. This is a target, not a guarantee.
• Quotes are valid for 24 hours. Prices and availability can change with the dealer.
• We only buy from licensed dealers. If we cannot source a part from one, we will tell you and will not supply it.

4. VIN and fitment

• A valid 17-character VIN is required for every request. We use it to match the part to your exact car.
• If the VIN you give us is wrong or incomplete, we are not responsible for a part that does not fit.
• If we supply a part that does not match the VIN you gave us, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before we dispatch. We will confirm the payment method in your quote on WhatsApp.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver in Abuja and north central Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and depend on dealer stock and location. We deliver to you or directly to your mechanic.

7. Returns and refunds

• Parts may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Electrical parts cannot be returned once installed.
• To return a part, message us on WhatsApp within the 48 hours with your request details.
• Refunds or replacements are issued after we have inspected the returned part.

8. Our responsibility

MIMS is not responsible for the installation of any part, for work done on your vehicle, or for loss caused by delays outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as MIMS grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
